## Bodily X

Bodily X — Metaphor is a standalone cornerstone work that runs through Alice Odilon's
entire practice. It examines the anorexic body not as pathology but as counter-language —
a silent, rigorous system through which the subject externalises what exceeds representation.
The body becomes an archive: not of memory as narrative continuity, but of pressure,
discontinuous, fragmented, resistant to translation. Photography here confronts the limits
of representation itself.
